Turn around time (TAT)
At Stain Haven, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products that showcase our dedication to craftsmanship. Due to the unique nature of each order, most of our products are custom made and placed on our scheduling list alongside other ongoing orders. We encourage our customers to refer to the product’s Turnaround Time (TAT) stated in the description before making a purchase.
Please note that once payment is finalized, no refunds will be provided for custom orders due to their personalized and custom nature.
For ready-to-ship signs, these orders will be processed promptly. Once purchased, signs will be delivered to their designated shipping location within a week to ensure a swift delivery process.

Please be aware of our working hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Our turnaround times (TAT) are based on business days, and we kindly ask for your understanding that emails and texts will be addressed during our business hours only. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide you with the best possible service within our operating hours.
Care and Handling
We would like to inform you that our signs are not weatherproof. Despite our efforts to protect them by sealing each sign with either a clear sealer spray or enamel paint, they are not designed to withstand all elements. Nevertheless, we ensure that all of our signs are crafted with the highest quality plywood to offer durability and longevity.
To maintain the quality of our exterior products, we recommend placing them under porches, overhangs, or behind storm doors, where they can be shielded from direct exposure to harsh weather conditions. We strongly advise everyone to stay mindful of impending weather changes to prevent any potential damage to the signs.
Please note that we are not accountable for any damage caused by the elements.
Shipping delays
We kindly request that you take note of our Turnaround Time (TAT) policy, which does not include shipping delays. Once your package leaves our possession and is transferred to the shipping facility, we no longer have control over its delivery process.
We ask for your understanding and respect in this matter, as we are unable to influence any delays that may occur following the handover to the shipping facility. Rest assured that we always strive to ensure timely processing on our end, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as your shipment makes its way to you.

Local pickup offered
Thank you for choosing local pick up for your orders. Our pick up location is at our home. We kindly request that you pick up your orders promptly, preferably within a week.
Please note that we will not be able to meet you for the pick up; it is your responsibility to pick up the items. Failure to retrieve your orders within a reasonable timeframe will result in a request for a shipping fee to have the items delivered to your location.
We kindly ask that you consider this policy before selecting local pick up. Only choose this option if you intend to pick up your item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
